THE REICHSBANK
NEGOTIATIONS FOR LOAN. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 11.40 p.m.) London, December 5 The Berlin correspondent of the News-Chronicle says it is understood that the Reichsbank is negotiating with the Bank of England for a loan of £150,000 which will be used to pay off debts owing to Lancashire cotton spinners by German firms.
