BOYCOTT PROPOSAL. DECISION TO POSTPONE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, October 10. Tire Northern Council of the Grocers’ Association at a meeting in Manchester decided to postpone the organized boycott of Australian butter until the Commonwealth had had time to consider the situation. The council will reconsider the matter in November. A section of the council favoured recommending the public to buy New Zealand in preference to Australian produce, but the amendment was defeated.
