MEAT AND DAIRY BOARD. MR POLSON’S PROPOSALS. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, October 11. On the motion of the president, Mr W. J. Polson, the Dominion Farmers’ Union Executive resolved that in order to create closer liaison between the meat and dairy industries, and enable mutual problems to be jointly considered, it be a recommendation to the Government that one of the Government nominated members of the Meat Board should be a dairy representative and one of the nominated Government members of the Dairy' Board be a meat representative.
