WHITE BUTTERFLY
ATTACK BY PARASITE. (Per United Press Association.) Masterton, October 10. An important and promising development in the campaign against-the white butterfly pest is the appearance at Alfredton of numbers of the pupal parasite (Pteromalus puparum) which were released in Hawkes Bay, 90 miles away. The pupal parasite attacks the chrysalis of the white butterfly with deadly effect.
