LORD MAYOR’S LUNCHEON.

(Rec. 11.50 p.m.) Melbourne, October 10 Lord Bledisloe, Field Marshal Lord Milne, Mr John Masefield, the Poet Laureate and Lord Huntingfield, Governor of Victoria, were among the distinguished guests at the quarterly luncheon of the Lord Mayor, Sir Harold -Ger.goult Smith, held in the City Town Hall, which was magnificently festooned with spring flowers. It was attended by a hundred prominent men in political, commercial and civil life. Lord and Lady Bledisloe are staying with Lord and Lady Huntingfield.
