GERMAN BONDS
AMERICAN DEMAND. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.0 p.m.) Washington, July 16. In a strongly worded communication the State Department, demanded the Hitler Government to grant American holders of German bonds absolutely the same consideration as that granted British holders. The department declared that the German Government was under an unescapable responsibility to grant equal treatment.
