ODDFELLOWS’ BALL.

The Oddfellows held their annual ball on Friday, July 13, in the Regent Hall, some 160 couples being present. There was a good attendance of visiting brethren from the district lodges. The hall was tastefully decorated in their colours of red, white, blue, gold and purple. The Revellers’ Dance Band supplied the music, and Mr Gregg played supper extras. The duties of M.C. were capably carried out by Messrs D. Smith and J. Sheehan. The Grand March was led by Mr D. Horrell, N.G., and partner. The ball was a huge success, both socially and financially.
