MR DE VALERA’S COMMENT. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, June 29. Mr de Valera declares that the opposition plan to capture local bodies for the purposes of obstruction and also to attempt to militarize Irish politics had miscarried. He says the Fianna Fail greatly increased its representation almost everywhere. Nevertheless the latest county council figures present an extraordinary stalemate.
