SIR HUBERT WILKINS. ARCTIC SUBMARINE VENTURE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, June 27. Sir Hubert Wilkins, who recently arrived from New York, departs on July 6 by Imperial Airways for Singapore and thence to New Zealand. He will arrive in New Zealand on August 5 and leave for -the Antarctic on September 15 for six months. He will then return to New York in order to complete his submarine plans in connection with the Lincoln - Ellsworth Arctic research. Lady Wilkins leaves for New York immediately.
