FREEDOM GRANTED
INTERNATIONAL SPECULATOR. (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.45 p.m.) Chicago, June 27. Federal Judge Evan A. Evans to-day entered a formal order granting freedom to John Factor, the international speculator, who had spent 60 days in the county gaol awaiting an extradition writ from Britain which did not come.
