MR LATHAM CONGRATULATED. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, June 14. Answering a question in the House of Commons regarding Mr J. G. Latham’s mission to the East, Sir John Simon said he felt sure the House would join him in congratulating Mr Latham on the success of his journey, which had been of the greatest value both to Australia and the British Commonwealth of Nations in promoting good relations with the countries in the Far East.
