GORE LADIES DEFEAT WYNDHAM. A team of Gore ladies travelled to Wyndham and defeated the home team 7—5. At the conclusion Mrs J. A. S. Aitken spoke on behalf of the Gore players, expressing thanks for the delightful go£f and the unbounded hospitality. Mrs Harper replied on behalf of Wyndham. Brown beat Miss McLauchlan 2 up; Mrs Hamilton beat Miss H, Baird. 1 up; Miss Kirk lost to Mrs Traynor 1 down. Mrs Perry beat Mrs Harper 2 up. Miss Jopp beat Miss Richardson 1 up. Mrs Boult lost to Mrs Robertson 4 and 2. Mrs Martin beat Mrs Wilson 3 and 2; Mrs J. A. S. Aitken lost to Miss Traynor 5 and 4; Mrs J. Ritchie beat Mrs Werry 4 and 3; Mrs Crosbie lost to Mrs Pangney 3 and 2; Mrs A. Wilson beat Mrs Barnett 2 up.
