Now that the depression is becoming a thing of the past, one can sit back and enjoy the film "Looking Forward’ at the Majestic. For it is a story of people of all classes, all affected by the depression. It is good to see Lewis Stone again in a leading role, and the cast, a remarkably good one, includes Lionel Barrymore, Elizabeth Allan. Colin Clive, Benita Hume and Phillips Holmes.

“By Candlelight,” coming to the Majestic on Saturday, concerns a butler and a maid who impersonated their master and mistress with romantic results. It is sophisticated screen fare, with Elissa Landi, Paul Lukas, Nils Asther, Dorothy Revier and Esther Ralston heading the cast.

The locale of “I Cover the Waterfront,” coming to the Majestic, is the waterfront of a big city in the harbour of which there are many ships at anchor. It is an adaptation of Max Miller's best seller, with Claudette Colbert. Ben Lyon and Ernest Torrence in the leading roles.

“Night Flight,” coming to the Majestic soon, is a thrilling story of the air mail. Directed by Clarence Brown, himself a licensed pilot, the picture is said to retain the atmosphere of the original story by Antoine de SaintExupery, for years a mail pilot over the very routes he describes in the story. The splendid cast includes John Barrymore, Helen Hayes, Clark Gable. Lionel Barrymore, Robert Montgomery and Myrna Loy.
