MAGISTRATE’S RULING
TRAFFIC ON THE RIGHT. (Per United Press Association). Nelson, May 26. Holding that the present regulation goes further than Statute authority, and accordingly is null and void, Mr Maunsell, S.M., dismissed an information against a motor cyclist for failing to observe the off-side rule in giving way to traffic on the right.
