RETURN TO AUSTRIA

EXILED ARCHDUKE EUGENE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright ) (Rec. 8.45 p.m.) Vienna, May 25. Archduke Eugene, the first exiled Hapsburg to return to Austria, has arrived and was welcomed at the station by a group of Monarchists, including Prince Schoenberg Hartenstein, the Minister of War, Archduke Anton with his wife, the Princess Ileana of Roumania, who made a deep curtsey. Prince Hartenstein said he welcomed Archduke Eugene in the name of the chancellor, Dr Dollfus. Large . crowds outside the station gave him a cordial greeting. The Archduke in a statement said he had returned as a private person and was glad he would be able to spend the evening of his life in the Fatherland. Many believe Prince Otto will one day return in a similar’ way.
