I Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Act, 1928 Owing to issuance of MISLEADING circulars throughout the Dominion respecting premiums payable under the above Act, for the benefit of motor vehicle owners we cannot do better than refer you to Regulation 5 and the Second Schedule of ORDER IN COUNCIL as per Gazette No. 27 of the 19th April last Regulation 5 reads as follows:— REGULATION s:—“The annual premiums payable in respect of contracts of Insurance under the said Act for the year commencing on the Ist day of June, 1934, or for the year commencing on the same day in any subsequent year, shall be as set out in the Second Schedule hereto, and the classes of motor-vehicles for the purpose of insurance premium shall be those set out and described in the said Second Schedule.” Tho premiums stated in the Schedule are fixed by Order in Council on the experience of previous years and, with slight exception, SHOW FURTHER REDUCTIONS ON THOSE PREVIOUSLY CHARGED. These premiums are payable without any deduction to the Deputy Registrar of Motor Vehicles at the time of registration of your vehicle and the nomination of your insurance for the year 1934-35.
