INADEQUATE ARRANGEMENTS.

Mollison, in an article in the Daily Express, declares that under .he present arrangements London cannot be adequately defended against an air attack. One modern bomber squadron to-day could carry as many bombs as were dropped throughout England during the war. The best defence is a policy of attack. Britain should concentrate on the expansion cf her bomber squadrons.
