NOTORIOUS WAR SPY. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rcc. 6.45 p.m.) Victoria, April 7. Trebitch Lincoln, a former member of the British House of Commons and a notorious spy in the Great War, is arriving on Monday as a Buddhist abbot with six nuns on the way to establish a Buddhist temple in Germany. In 1927 Dr. Ruh created a sensation in British Columbia by a campaign for Buddhism, but when he arrived in China he was exposed. As Lincoln plans a lecture tour of Canada the immigration authorities are considering his status.
