The President of the Board of Trade, Mr Walter Runciman, has appointed a representative council to deal with the question affecting the relations between art and industry, The council comprises 27 members under the' chairmanship of Mr Frank Pick, vice-presi-dent of the London Passenger and Transport Board and president of the Design and Industries’ Association.
