EIGHTY DEATHS

LOS ANGELES DELUGE.

(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 8.25 p.m.) Los Angeles, January 3. With the missing people added to the bodies recovered after the deluge, the death list is now 80. Many bodies were washed to sea or buried beneath the debris. The rainfall for two days amounted to the Southern Californian average for the whole year. It is estimated that it will take a month to repair the city’s streets and remove the debris and mud.
