N.R.A. MANDATE

MR FORD’S ALLEGED VIOLATION. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Washington, December 22. Charging the Ford Motor Company with violation of the N.R.A. collective bargaining mandate, Mr W. Green, president of the American Federation of Labour, demanded that General Johnson and the chairman of the National Labour Board, Mr Wagner, should force proper compliance. He asserted that Mr Ford’s attitude constituted a challenge to the Government, and declared that the federation was willing to supplement the Government’s legal action by asking workers not to buy Fords until the company complied.
