VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pur1A suant to the “Counties Act, 1920, and regulations thereunder, that the Annual Balance-sheet for year ended 31st March, 1933, has been duly audited and certified correct. A copy may be inspected at the County Office, Otautau, during office hours, viz., Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., until 31st January, 1934. A copy may be inspected during the same period at the following places:— Mr G. O. Cassels’ Office, Riverton; Mr W. Crowther’s Store, Orepuki; Mr J. M. H. Gait’s Store, Thornbury; Mr J. PURSUANT to the provisions of the “Counties Act, 1920,” and “Health Act, 1920,” and amendments thereof, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Wallace County Council to make, on FRIDAY, 19th day of January, 1934, for the period commencing on the Ist day of February, 1934, and ending 31st January, 1935, (a) A uniform annual charge of FOURTEEN SHILLINGS for House Refuse Removal (weekly service); (b) A uniform charge of TWO POUNDS SEVENTEEN SHILLINGS AND SIXPENCE (weekly service) or ONE POUND SEVENTEEN SHILLINGS AND SIXPENCE (fortnightly service) for each Pan of Nightsoil Removal. And that such charges shall be payable each in one sum at the County Office, Main Street, Otautau, on the Ist day of February, 1934, The Rate Book is open for inspection at the County Office, Otautau, during office hours.
