MOTOR TRAFFIC IN BRITAIN.

In the House of Lords Lord Buckmaster moved that steps be taken without delay to lessen the danger of motor traffic. He said there had been 2,000,000 casualties and 75,000 killed in the past 15 years. Speed control should be rcimposed and motorists responsible for fatalities made the subject of criminal law. The motion was carried.
