RESTORATION IN BRITAIN.

(United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) (Rcc. 7 p.m.) London, December 6. Two hundred and eighty-five local authorities in Britain have restored salary cuts made in 1931. A hundred and five have made partial restorations and 122 promised to reconsider cuts in March. All the London boroughs have restored cuts.
