POSITION OF NEWFOUNDLAND. DOMINION RIGHT RELINQUISHED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) St. John’s (Newfoundland), Nov. 29. The Legislative Council to-night unanimously passed a resolution from the Lower Chamber approving of the Royal Commission’s recommendation for relinquishing the rights of a dominion and submitting to government by commission until the island is again selfsupporting. A message will be despatched to his Majesty asking that the Amubrae Commission’s recommendations be implemented, and it is understood that the United Kingdom Parliament will adujst the island’s financial difficulties without delay.
