HOUSE GUTTED
FIRE AT NELSON, (Per United Press Association.) Nelson, October 5. A large wooden house in Cambria street owned by Mr C. Newman and occupied by Mr G. Oldershaw was gutted by fire this morning. No one was home at the time and the fire seemed to have a good hold before the alarm was given. The insurances on the house were £lOOO in the Royal and on the contents £lBO in the Victoria Insurance Office.
