NORTH-WEST FRONTIER
WITHDRAWAL OF TROOPS. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, September 26. A communique issued last night from Simla concerning the position in the Mohmand country on the North-West Frontier confirms the report that the Upper Mohmand lashkars have dispersed and that arrangements are being made for the withdrawal of British Indian troops from the Gandab Valley.
