WARDEN’S COURT AT GORE. Mr H. J. Dixon, S.M., presided at a sitting of the Warden’s Court at Gore yesterday when applications were granted or recommended for consent as follows: — A surrender of a coal lease No. 5/29 held by James Ernest Radford was recommended for consent. A special sea beach claim application by William Gunn Macintosh and Harry Bennett for seven acres on Goldfields Reserve Section 26, Block 11., and Section 9R, Block VII. Otara Survey District, was granted. An ordinary prospecting license was recommended for consent for Evelyn Anna Ferens for 974 acres Goldfields Reserve, Otara Survey District. An application by Donald Henry Wilson and party for a special alluvial claim on 19 acres on Section 26 Block 11. Otara Survey District was recommended for consent.
