PILGRIMAGE TO ROME

BRITISH UNEMPLOYED. (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) London, September 24. A remarkable pilgrimage has been arranged for 100 unemployed, drawn from all parts of Britain, who are going to Rome to-morrow. They will be accompanied by Father Martindale and twenty other priests. The spokesmen hope for greater results from an audience with the Pope based on the idea that unemployment is a moral as well as a material problem.
