The hope that the national recovery administration of the United States “may point the way for a world-wide restoration of business” was expressed on Monday by Mr G. W. Forbes, Prime Minister of New Zealand, who is en route home. He sails by the Makura on Wednesday. Mr Forbes also said: “The entire world is anxiously watching for results. Never before in the history of the world has such an experiment been made.”
