The visit will include the peaceful reenacting of the landing at Anzac, but ending in a friendly handshake with the defending Turks, followed by three days’ tour of the Gallipoli graveyards. General Sir lan Hamilton and Admiral Sir Roger Keyes are assisting in the arrangements. A liner has already been chartered by the Foreign Office, and the Turkish Embassy is supporting the scheme.
