In consequence of General Gazzera’s resignation, Signor Mussolini will take over the Ministry of War. This is the sixth portfolio he holds. Signoi- Mussolini’s adoption of the War Ministry is believed to be the nrcJiminary to'his assumption of supreme command of all the fighting forces. General Balbo, the Minister for Air. has been created an air marshal.
