TRADE NEGOTIATIONS
BRITAIN AND URUGUAY.

Rugby, July 22. Commercial negotiations between Britain and Uruguay were opened yesterday when a general exchange of views took place at the Board of Trade between the Uruguayan Minister in London and the Minister of Finance designate, Dr Cosio, and Dr E. Burgin, on behalf of the President of the Board of Trade. Detailed negotiations will be resumed later.
