GOOD HARVEST PREDICTED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 8.45 p.m.) London, July 17. The Daily Express says that British farmers are likely to have the best harvest for ten years. A million and a half acres have been sown in wheat and other sowings are: barley 890,000 acres; cats, 1,580,000 acres; peas and beans 270,000 acres; sugar beet 350,000 acres (expected to average nine tons an acre); potatoes, 500,000 acres.
