(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) London, June 26. The diplomatic correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that in order to placate the Little Entente the Archduke Otto and the ex-Emprcss Zita agreed to a revision of the so-called “iron crown oath” which the Hapsburgs have hitherto taken when they became kings of Hungary.
