CONFERENCE MAY ADJOURN.

Mr Arthur Henderson while en route to Geneva interviewed M. Paul Boncur and agreed that it was expedient to adjourn the Disarmament Conference probably until the meeting of the League Assembly in September. Mr Henderson afterwards explained that it was necessary to reconcile acute divergences over the MacDonald plan and for that purpose he would pursue negotiations with the various capitals.
