QUEENSLAND AND N.S.W. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Sydney, June 23. Splendid rain has fallen or is falling throughout New South Wales, particularly in the wheat belt and grazing areas. Some southern and western areas have already had half an inch which will allay anxiety and assure winter feed for livestock. Parts of the South Coast have been drenched and the danger of floods is imminent. Opportune rain is also reported from Queensland, affording immediate relief to the drought-stricken grazing areas. The southern and south-western sections of that State have greatly benefited.
