BANK OFFICERS’ GUILD
OFFICE-BEARERS ELECTED.

Wellington, June 17.
The annual conference of the Bank Officers’ Guild concluded yesterday. The conference voted 25 guineas to the Governor-General’s Relief Fund.
It was decided to establish a Baxter Memorial Prize as a tribute to the memory of the late Mr J. H. Baxter, one of the founders of the Guild.
The retiring president, Mr R. A. Dixon, was unanimously elected a life member.
Officers were elected as follows: President, Mr V. C. S. Edwards; vicepresidents, Messrs Lane (Auckland), Little (Wellington), Winter (Timaru), Jolly (Dunedin); executive committee, Messrs Mander, Sullivan, Thompson, Stenhouse, Addis, Loney, Edwards, Frethy and Dixon; auditor, Mr S. T. A. Scott.
