CLOSING DOWN
OFFICE OF AMERICAN TRADE , COMMISSIONER. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, June 15. The office of American Trade Commissioner for New Zealand is closing down and Mr Julian Foster, Commissioner, and Mrs Foster, also Mr West, assistant Trade Commissioner, leave New Zealand by the Mariposa on July 1. . , The closing of the office is in pursuance of the United States Government policy of economy. The office of the United States Department of Commerce to which the Trade Commission is attached will be closed down in mostother cities throughout the world.
