MR ELLSWORTH’S PLANS. (United Press Assn.—Telegrapn Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) Washington, June 12. The National Geographic Society presented a flag to Mr Lincoln Ellsworth to be taken on his Antarctic expedition. It also awarded a certificate of life membership to Mr Ellsworth, who will sail shortly for Norway to prepare equipment. He will afterwards return to America, and in the late summer he will sail for New Zealand from San Francisco.
