MOSLEM RISING

CHINESE TURKESTAN. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Calcutta, May 10. Latest news filtering through the Afghanistan and Indian frontier of a revolt in Chinese Turkestan reveals that the Moslems are making a big bid for power. They have already captured Tarkans, an important centre, hoping to secure control of the whole of Turkestan. The Chinese are unable to stem the advance, and it is feared that Kassbar, the capital, will fall into the hands of the Moslems.
