To the Editor. Sir—l have to thank “Faber Suae Fortunae” for his courtesy and kindness in imparting knowledge to the .ignorant. As I see it the question of price did not arise. Time adjusts most things. Will my friend kindly tell me this: What will be the ultimate position of an exporting country that consistently forwards 2nd quality goods to an importing country? —I am, etc., AUDI ALTERUM POSTEM.
