Mr Herbert Vivian holds that a return to Monarchy will not only do much to provide a remedy for the discontents of Europe, but is more imminent than might be supposed. That is the opinion he brings back from a tour of the Continent, during which he saw numbers of eminent people. It is also the idea to which a consequent book by him leads up, “Kings in Waiting,” announced by Hamish Hamilton.
