DISARMAMENT
LONDON DISCUSSIONS. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, April 3. Mr Norman Davis (United States) will have further conversations with Cabinet Ministers this afternoon. He will also visit Mr Arthur Henderson, President of the Disarmament Conference. According to present arrangements Mr Davis will leave for Paris to-mor-row morning. Mr Hugh Gibson, the United States delegate to the Disarmament Conference, left London this morning for Brussels, where he will be Ambassador.
