ANNUAL SCHOOL SPORTS AND PICNIC. (From Our Correspondent.) The Colac School annual sports and picnic were held in the schoolgrounds, on Friday, February 24, in ideal weather. There was a very large attendance and the programme was put. through without a hitch under _ the guidance of an energetic committee. The committee consisted of Messrs R. Whittle, S. Burtenshaw, T. Cleaver, T. Egerton and R. Sullivan, Mr S. Hodges, of Longwood, proved to be a capable handicapper in the bushcraft events, for which large entries were received.
