DEPENDENCE ON STABILIZATION. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, December 21. The Financial Times says the future of the gold standard must depend o,n the ability of the World Economic Conference to bring stabilization to monetary and economic affairs, and it cannot be decided until the debt issue has been settled.
