INFLUENCE WANING
HITLERISM IN GERMANY. ELECTIONS ON SUNDAY. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Berlin, October 30. There is a general feeling that the twilight of Hitlerism has arrived and the Nazis are expected to lose many seats at the elections next Sunday. It is believed that Herr von Papen’s plans for a reform of the Constitution include the raising of the voting age from 20 to 25, thus disfranchising about 6,000,000 and depriving the extreme parties of the Hitlerites and Communists of their mainstay, the young voter.
