FOUR-POWER CONFERENCE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Warsaw, October 23. M. Zalewski, Foreign Minister, after discussions with M. Herriot, announced that Franca completely agrees to Poland’s attitude in regard to the proposed four-Power conference, namely, Poland’s approval of the conference, conditional on her participation because changes in the Versailles Treaty are impossible without Polands consent as a signatory.
