FORTROSE NOTES

(From Our Correspondent.)

There was a good attendance at the euchre social held by the Toe Toes Library Committee on Tuesday evening last. The winners were Miss E. Anderson and Mr A. McEwan, sen.

A flag five hundred card evening held for the purpose of assisting the funds of the local Anglican Church took place in the social hall on Thursday evening last, a good attendance being present. Mrs Monteath, Mrs Ruddenklau and Mr J. Lawson were the prize-winners for the evening.
