MR SCULLIN REMAINS LEADER.

Melbourne, September 25.

The All Australia Labour Congress has concluded. Mr J. H. Scullin remains leader, the Langites’ attempts to secure control having failed. A unity campaign will probably follow, but even if Mr Lang and the Federal groups amalgamate, it is anticipated that Mr Scullin will retain the leadership.
